Tailored Archibus courses and training for your organization

Horizant provides tailored Archibus training services designed for software implementation. It provides a variety of formats, courses, and pricing to adopt to the requirements of each organization.

Training can be delivered via in-person or online courses, recorded videos, written documentation, or in a combination of formats. The services are adopted to the phases of an implementation and can be purchased based on budget, relevance, and schedule.

Services include:

  • SpaceIQ ARCHIBUS Videos and Courses – Clients can purchase
access to SpaceIQ training or self-paced video-learning courses directly from the SpaceIQ website. SpaceIQ ARCHIBUS courses provide a broad overview of product capabilities at a competitive price and covers functions that apply to a variety of users. This training is great for project leads or existing clients interested in additional features.
  • Boot Camp Courses – Clients can purchase in-depth training on a prescribed set of topics. The training is delivered using a demonstration environment and focuses on user requirements. These ‘deep-dive’ courses provide clients a chance to discuss core capabilities and workflows with experienced instructors. Training is designed for key members of the project team and departmental subject matter experts (SME). If requested, recordings can be made available to participants for an additional fee. Learn More
  • Mix and Match Courses – Clients can design a custom course program by selecting from a list of potential topics shown in Section 5. Like our Boot Camp courses, these courses are intended for key members of the project team, departmental SMEs, and representative end users. Learn More
  • Custom or Client Dataset – When purchasing a course, clients may add a custom dataset whereby the training is delivered using limited industry or client-provided data. This is useful in cases where clients are exploring an application to help decide on a purchase. Training can also be held on the client’s own environment when the client has an existing implementation.
  • Customized Training Materials – Optionally, tutorials in the form of short user manuals or videos can be developed to reflect the production environment. These tutorials act to remind users of their key processes and to on-board future staff.

Benefits

Good training plans are an important component in change management. If properly tailored to an implementation, they bring a greater return on investment and a longer-lasting solution than no plan or a series of generic courses. The benefits of implementation-based training include:

Reduced time to adoption

trained individuals become productive quicker and with fewer mistakes than those who are left to learn on their own.

Increased effectiveness and quality

trained individuals develop familiarity with the software and can effectively adopt its capabilities to the needs of their organizations.

Increased engagement

trained individuals are more likely to commit to creating a working solution since they have invested their time, energy, and oftentimes their reputation.

Boot Camp Courses and Pricing
