Jason, what do you enjoy most about your role at Horizant—and how does it make a difference?
Each day presents fresh, big-picture and day-to-day problem-solving challenges, which keeps my work interesting, exciting and truly rewarding. I also love collaborating with my team—they’re sharp, honest, and incredibly supportive. It’s a privilege to work alongside them, help them grow, and collectively refine the business while delivering top-notch Integrated Work Management Systems (IWMS) solutions to clients.
What advice would you give to someone aspiring to work in your field?
If you’re aiming to work in this field, stay curious and adaptable—there’s always something new to learn. Keep up with the latest tech, business trends and communication methods, and take the time to understand what drives and motivates you. Don’t shy away from asking questions—getting the full picture is key.
Finally, learn how to bridge the gap between technical concepts and business value. My team does this really well, balancing both perspectives to find the best solutions for our clients.
