Summary
The role focuses heavily on providing prospective clients a deep understanding of the company’s products and services and close qualified lead accounts. In addition, this individual will also communicate benefits and feature as appropriate and relevant to the client. The role requires strong sales, customer satisfaction, and technical skills to successfully communicate with clients and other departments. This individual is responsible for achieving quarterly/annual sales goals and building strategic business relationships. The role reports into the Executive Director of Sales.

Your day-to-day
- Build a pipeline of prospects and manage the sales stages from initiate to close
- Educate prospects and clients about products and services
- Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients and co-workers
- Plan, direct and coordinate sales support activities, including management of the sales pipeline through sales tools
- Involved in all phases of the sales lifecycle, including identifying and developing leads; meeting with clients; developing value propositions; financial deal structuring; to contract negotiation and closing
- Perform all aspects of selling professionally, including prospecting, approaching, presenting, handling objections, closing and follow-up
- Understand the competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) and determine how to position our products to win
- Maintain strong knowledge of all products service features
- Meet and exceed sales revenue and booking goals and overall objectives
- Serve as a single-point-of-contact for key accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts; improve client utilization and product/service adoption rates.
- Promote and maintain the organization’s brand image and identity within the marketplace.
- Create and conduct in-depth sales presentations that highlight key benefits, ROI, and value the company’s products/services.
- Collaborate and lead a multi-disciplinary and dynamic team through the sales cycle
- Communicate effectively to all internal and external stakeholders
- Engage and inspire are desired outcomes you strive for in all activities and interactions
All about you
- Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with ability to sell at all decision-making levels
- Minimum of 3 years experience selling technology solutions
- Ability to manage complex sales and develop strategic plans
- Proven negotiation skills
- Knowledge of real estate and real property practices is an advantage
- Experience is Software Sales is an advantage
- Bilingual (French and English) is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
